BEE Window acknowledges we are in an unprecedented time and situation with the changing regulations on COVID-19. George, Pam, and the BEE Team thank you for trusting your home to BEE.

Our commitment to you, our homeowners, remains our top priority—that means your safety and the safety of our employees. BEE is constantly monitoring the ever changing COVID-19 regulations and precautions.

BEE Window employees are following all state guidelines that are in place. BEE has asked any employee with COVID-19 symptoms to remain home. BEE has encouraged employees who may be ill or need to be home with the schools closed to be comfortable in making that decision.

BEE has also asked any employee who has been exposed to a person with the virus to let us know and to remain home as well. All office personnel can work from home, and BEE has purchased equipment needed to do so. BEE is encouraging frequent and thorough washing of hands as well.

The new realities of the COVID-19 are being followed—that includes not having group meetings of more than 10 persons and “social distancing” of staff and workers.

BEE remains here to help you replace your windows, entry doors, patio doors, as well as bath conversions, porch enclosures, and patio rooms. Our representatives are prepared to come to your home to help you assess your needs. When we come into your home, we will maintain a safe distance while providing you with details and our quote. BEE does understand you may still have concerns and BEE has an option of using a remote drone called HOVER to help us measure and quote your window, door, or siding needs. This would be followed with a “Facetime” meeting to discuss suggestions and options.

BEE Measure techs have been asked to be especially diligent in hand cleaning and social distancing as they confirm the decisions and sizes for final ordering. BEE Installers will also arrive with clean hands and remain at distance from you, the homeowner.

While we navigate the new reality, BEE remains committed to YOU, our customers and BEE family members, and to our BEE family workers!
